What does Error Code 7 mean when uploading documents

Problem:

When candidates are uploaded their resumes or cover letters, they are getting an error message that says "Problem Converting Document. Error Code 7". What does this mean? 

Likely Cause(s):

Document being uploaded is exceeding the file limit size 

Resolution:

The error message means that the file size is too large and can not be converted. The file size limit that is imposed is 1 MB.
