Incorrect number of candidates available in the resume books

Problem: I logged in as recruiter A and they don't see the same number of candidates as recruiter B, C, and D. All the recruiters are from different companies but they ordered the same product, why does recruiter A see 30 candidates less than the other recruiters.

Likely Cause(s):  The primary reason why different recruiters are not able to see the same number of candidates is due to the search firm filter setup for that product. 

NOTE: The search firm filter is not a hard coded filter. This is a per product configuration.

Resolution: Recruiter A's company is marked as a search firm while the other companies are not. The 30 candidates did not select yes to the Executive Recruiter Search Firm Access question.
