When an admin adds a candidate to a workshop in the admin module, or when a student signs themselves up for a workshop. This template doubles for both actions, so configure accordingly. 

The GradLeaders Standard Email template is Populated

The email is sent via a Pop Up for an admin adding a student, or automatic when a student signs up themselves. 

CSO Admins may edit the email on the Job Program

The following is a list of defined replaceable parameters that may be used in the Workshop Add to Signup template:

AdvisorName - {advisorname}

EventName - {eventname}

EventDesc - {eventdesc}

EventDate - {eventdate}

Location - {location}

StudentFirstName - {studentfirstname}

StudentLastName - {studentlastname}

StudentSuffix - {studentsuffix}

This email is controlled by the following program settings (if applicable):

Program Settings -> Other Settings -> Send Confirmation Email to Candidate on Workshop Signup

Notes:
