When a candidate creates a job agent out of a search and a job matches that agent is added to GradLeaders Career Center

Description:  

This email template has a generic message at the GradLeaders Standard level. It is sent via the nightly agent to inform candidates of new jobs that match their job search agent. 

The email may be edited by an Admin user on the Job Board or *Resume Book Program to provide a customized email to the candidate. By updating the Resume Book Program, each PID can have a unique email.


Available Parameters

  • StudentFirstName - {studentfirstname}

  • StudentMiddleName - {studentmiddlename}
  • StudentSuffix - {studentsuffix}
  • DeepLink - {deeplink}
  • SearchName - {searchname}
  • JobMatchCount - {jobmatchcount}
  • IncludeCompanyTitle - {includecompanytitle}
  • Include Job Details - {includejobdetails}
  • Exact Deep Link - {exactdeeplink}

This email is controlled by the following settings and/or permissions (if applicable):

Programs -> Settings -> Job Board Settings -> Candidate Job Searching - Search Agents: Yes

*Use Job Board Email Template for Job Search Agent Email: 
(This setting will need to be set to 'No' in order to set emails on the Resume Book Program)

Note(s):

Candidates will only receive the email agent if a job that matches their search criteria is found within their searchable set.

Questions that are on the Candidate Job View Survey can be marked as "Email Template Options - If you set "Include Email Template". When questions are marked as yes, the parameter {IncludeJobDetails} is rebuilt based on the questions that are marked as 'yes' for this setting on the question.
