Notes Posted by Field

Question: I'm reviewing the notes for a certain candidate and I see that some notes don't have a name in the Posted By column, but a username, why is that?

Answer: A username will be displayed in the 'Posted By' field if a user is not tied to a staff record. If a user is tied to a staff record, the system records the 'Posted by' name as either a username, email address, or First Name/Last Name, depending on the school setting. For schools using SSO for admins, it is recommended to use either email address or First Name Last Name.
