Help and Support Portal Access Overview

All users of GLCC have full access to all online help resources.  This includes user guides, videos, in-depth training articles in the Knowledge base and technical documentation.  

The best way to access this library of information is in the Help menu in the GLCC system.  This will authenticate the user and allow access to all content in the support portal (https://gradleaders.com/partner-support) for the next 30 days - regardless of the entry point (GLCC or direct to the web page).

If not accessed through the GLCC system within the past 30 days, the following page will appear:  

After logging into the GLCC system and accessing the support portal through the Help menu, the user can again access outside of the system.  

Please note that you will need to authenticate on each device that you want to use to access this information.
