Candidate Disclaimer Report

This report provides a list of candidates based on the parameters along with the date that they have accepted the candidate disclaimer. If a candidate has not accepted the waiver, the accepted date will be blank.

The columns on the report include:

• Last Name
• First Name
• Disclaimer Accepted Date

Any search criteria that has an asterisk (*) next to it is a required search criteria.

Any report with a Date Range search, it is HIGHLY Recommended that a date range be included. Not including this can cause reports to time out due to the amount of data.
