Office Hours Location � Grid and Export

The employer view of an Office Hour event includes the location on both the grid view for the schedules as well as on the employer schedule export.

The location pulls directly from the schedule that the timeslot is on.

For example, if an Office Hour event has 2 schedules, one in a conference room A and one in conference room B, and each has 5 timeslots, then each timeslot on the grid for the schedule will show the appropriate room for the event. Additionally, should an employer export the schedules for the event, the 'Location' column on the export will pull the same location from the room on each schedule.
