Advising Activity Report

This report provides a summary of the advising appointments offered within the specified range.

Output columns are:

• Advisor Name: Name of the advisor associated with the appointment
• Student Name: Name of candidate signed up for the appointment
• Date: Date of the appointment (time is not included)
• Class Year: Candidates class year
• Program: Candidates program
• Student Topic: Topic selected by the candidate when they signup for the appointment
• Gender: Candidates gender retrieved from their profile

This report includes appointments that may be marked as Not Visible to candidates.

If the Gender column does not populate a value, then the gender question used at your school is not using the templated gender question and must be updated.

Any search criteria that has an asterisk (*) next to it is a required search criteria.

Any report with a Date Range search, it is HIGHLY Recommended that a date range be included. Not including this can cause reports to time out due to the amount of data
