This email is controlled by the following program settings (if applicable):

Program> Settings> OCR Settings> Send Company Event Reminder = “0” days (off)

Program> Settings> OCR Settings> Send Company Event Reminder = “n” days (n is number of days, entry greater than zero will send trigger emails)
