CSO Admins may edit the email on the Job Program

The following is a list of defined replaceable parameters that may be used in the Employer Request Confirmation template:

Organization - {orgname}

EventDate - {eventdate}

EventName - {eventname}

AccountManager - {accountmanager}

RequestType - {requesttype}

ContactName - {contactname}

ContactFirstName - {contactfirstname}

ContactLastName - {contactlastname}

Event Time Only - {eventtimeonly}

Event Date Only - {eventdateonly}

Survey Responses - {surveyresponses}

This email is controlled by the following program settings (if applicable):

Employer OCR Survey needs to have survey questions configured with the "Include in Email Template" setting set to yes to include this in the Survey Responses paramenter
