Problem:
When I try to combine two recruiters in the same company, I am getting an error: "Combine Recruiter Failed! Source and Destination both attached to Web Store user accounts". Why am I getting this?
Likely Cause(s):
Both recruiters that you are trying to combine are associated to separate user accounts at the GradLeaders ordering website (www.gradleaders.com).
Resolution:
If recruiter1 has a web store account (username "Dave88" and email address "dhoy@gradleaders.com) with orders at schools A, B, and C, the recruiter gets recruiter and user records placed into each of those school's databases, so that the school can view the order and all affiliated data. all of the school records refer back to the Web Store user record, so that when the order is approved we send the email back via the web store to the user. If later school B wants to combine Recruiter1 with another Recruiter record, it is OK as long as the other record does not have web store orders. However in this case both recruiters have web store orders under different user records. In order to combine, one of the 2 web store records would get its purchase history changed, and that would impact the other schools on the order.
