This email is controlled by the following program settings (if applicable):

GradLeaders Control: Schools > Settings > Integration > Single Sign-On Error Sender Email

GradLeaders Control: Schools > Settings > Integration >  Single Sign-On Error Recipient Email.

(If either of these email addresses are blank, no email will be sent.)

This notification is to inform you that a user of GradLeaders Career Center encountered an error while attempting to  authenticate using Single Sign-On.  The Error Description listed below  is the message that was displayed to the user when this problem was  encountered.  Action may need to be taken on your part before the user  will be able to successfully authenticate with GradLeaders Career Center.  Please review the  information below for the specific error type:

This user encountered a User Creation Failed error.  We were  unable to find an account in our system with the supplied username;  while attempting to create a new account, a failure was encountered  because some uniquely identifying information was already in use by  another user.  In most cases, this is due to the email address already  being used by an account already setup, but with a different  username.  To correct this problem, the username of the existing GradLeaders Career Center account should be modified to match the one below.
