Organization Contact Labels Report


Report Title:  Organization Contacts Report
Module:  Company
Parameters:  Contact Type
Description:

This report produces contact labels for each recruiter in a company, regardless of the recruiter/ company status. The contact label contains the following fields:

Output columns are:

  • Line 1 - Salutation, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name
  • Line 2 - Job Title
  • Line 3 - Company Name
  • Line 4 - Address Line 1
  • Line 5 - Address Line 2 (If applicable)
  • Line 6 - Address Line 3 (If applicable)
  • Line 7 - City, State,  Postal Code
  • Line 8 - (BUS:) Telephone 1 or Primary telephone number
  • Line 9 - Email Address

The results are sorted in alphabetical order by company.

Note:

Any search criteria that has an asterisk (*) next to it is a required search criteria.

Any report with a Date Range search, it is HIGHLY Recommended that a date range be included. Not including this can cause reports to time out due to the amount of data.
