Invite Percentage Report

This report  provides a generated report of how many students submitted resumes to OCR, how many students were actually invited to interview, and success ratio.

When run in the 'By Student' format, this report contains the following:

Output content is one row per candidate in the selected PID(s), alphabetized last name, first name.

Output columns are:
Last Name
First Name
Email Address
Class Year
Program
# of Resume Drops
# of Invites
Invite Percentage

When run in the 'By Visit' format, this report contains the following

Output content is one row for each visit in the date range, sorted by company name, visit date.

Output columns are:
Company Name
Visit Date
Job Title
# of Resume Drops
# of Invites
Invite Percentage

Any search criteria that has an asterisk (*) next to it is a required search criteria.

Any report with a Date Range search, it is HIGHLY Recommended that a date range be included. Not including this can cause reports to time out due to the amount of data.
