Document Library URL changes

In the July release there was a code change that altered the way embedded URL ("deep link") strings were encrypted.  This was done for security reasons, but it was inadvertently  omitted from the release notes.  All schools should be advised that if they distributed direct links to files in their document library, they should check the document URLs and re-distribute the direct links to their users.  Our development tells me this was a one-time change.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
